MeForia Token will double as a Governance token and as well as a Utility token for The MeForia Planetarium experience on the Metaverse. Governance within the MeForia Community is determined by the amount of MeForia Tokens an individual has in his possession. Aside from the 3 founders, the more tokens you hold, the more authority and influence you have pertaining to; future roadmap decisions; story-arc and features. In accordance with our promise to building and rewarding our community, members that own a MeForia NFT will receive airdrops of MeForia Tokens value based on the rarity of their NFT. These tokens can be used to transact within the Planetarium, they can be bought; sold; or HODL as one sees fit, used to reward a moderator or members for their positive efforts and or contribution within the community, as well as swapped for other tokens on decentralized exchanges. Each MeForia NFT passively yields you MeForia tokens from the completion of the respective collection’s public sale (exact figures will be disclosed after Mint). It’s important to note that vesting is a mechanism that restricts the transfer or sale of tokens for a certain period of time. In the case of MeForia Token, it ensures that the founders have a long-term commitment to the project’s success and prevents them from selling their tokens immediately after launch. The 18-month vesting period for the creators and the 24-hour vesting period for other members are designed to maintain stability and prevent large fluctuations in the token’s value. Additionally, the fact that MeForia Tokens can be used within the Planetarium and exchanged on decentralized exchanges provides additional utility and value for holders.
